The objective of this service is to get results within a reasonable period of time for veterans seeking compensation from the VA for disabilities related to their military service especially those who served in Vietnam, Iraq or Afghanistan and are unable to gain or maintain employment due to service related disabilities.
As an experienced advocate in VA benefits: Services for clients include; Free assistance for initial and reopen claims; Free assistance and guidance with ancillary benefits to include VA medical benefits, Vocational Rehabilitation, Educational Assistance Programs, Special Adapted Housing and Specially Home Adaptation grants, and free assistance with many other VA programs and services.
Generally, subject to the review of the VA OGC, and only if I win an appeal, I will be paid a one time fee of 20% of your retroactive award.
I am available to represent anywhere in the United States. Preauthorized Expenses associated with services, such as travel cost for a personal hearing, the cost of professional
medical opinions or the cost associated with acquiring private medical records are subject to reimbursement.
Generally, I will not accept a new client who already has a professional advocate with an executed fee agreement unless there is a letter from the former agent/attorney waiving their rights to any fees in favor of new qualified representation.
There is no promise of service as a result of visiting this website or by submitting a request for services.
Services are limited to VA disability compensation and pension benefits. Excluded from our services are social security benefits, representation before the Court of Appeals for
Veterans Claims, and military issues concerning physical evaluation boards, disability discharge review boards, discharge review boards and board for correction of military records.
